Volunteer Hours

Each member of NHS is expected to complete at least 40 hours of volunteer work, 15 of which must be with NHS and 25 with other organizations. Failure to complete these requirements may lead to probation and even expulsion from the organization. Extra hours will be assigned to members for missing meetings and events you signed up for.

• Every UNEXCUSED MEETING absence is 1 extra hour of community service

• Every UNEXCUSED EVENT absence are 2 extra hours of community service 

• Absences are only excused if you send an email to aldinenhs@gmail.com 3 hours prior to the meeting or 2 days prior to an event you signed up for with a VALID excuse
